Every deal we generate is the byproduct of our systems and sales funnels, which acquire discounted deals to maximize your profit.
But there are times when we've had MLS-listed property owners who come through our pipeline and still fall in our criteria for us to confidently present the property to our investors.
Oh Boy, Our Favorite Question Yet - Most lead/deal providers, from what we've been able to uncover, usually buy bulk email lists and spam them with offers and incentives to either buy or sell your house to which leads to terrible outcomes, why?
Well, 9 times out of 10, these potential leads are people who were unaware that they were on such an email list and have no idea who is emailing them, why they are getting emailed, and simply have no interest in selling or buying new property.
However, out of the entire list, these providers will have converted a couple of lowball leads without even vetting them properly and would just pass on the deal that acquire over to an investor like yourself to be left with the calculating, and researching on whether a property is worth investing in.
And the worst part is they have the audacity to charge ridiculous fees for such low-quality deals that basically put you and your money at risk.
